NDCAC Fundamentals of Modern Communication Services (Virtual)

This one-day (8 hour) course was developed to enhance the beginning level learners’ awareness of

modern communication platforms and how the elements can be used in investigations. Participants are guided through discussions on topics such as: how we communicate in modern society, how to utilize content from various platforms to further an investigation and best practices for preserving and collecting communications from Electronic Service Providers (ESP’s).
