Class Description
3-Day Course (24 hours)
The illicit manufacturing and trafficking of drugs within the US is a real threat that our law enforcement agencies often encounter. The criminal organizations involved with the clandestine manufacturing of illicit substances often do so in environments that pose a significant risk to the public and law enforcement. The Site Safety Officer (SSO) is a vital component of any law enforcement agency’s clan lab safety program. The SSO has the knowledge and responsibility to implement the site Health & Safety Plans and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations at clan labs, while focusing on the safety of the first responders present.
