Class Description
This course will provide students with an understanding of practical and effective approaches to gang and street-crime enforcement operations for patrol and field personnel. The course will cover relevant case law governing consensual contacts, reasonable suspicion, and developing probable cause. Additionally, students will be exposed to time-tested, proactive field enforcement strategies to suppress violent drug and gang related criminal activities and the threat these activities pose on our communities. *No Lodging or Per Diem*
