Class Description

This training will utilize scenario-based review of previous incidents to identify the indicators that should dictate an operation be paused or canceled to keep officers and informants safe. Integrating proper de-confliction protocols and introduction to operations such as buy walks, buy busts, flashes, surveillance, UC meetings and reverses will be covered. Officers will have a good general understanding of the primary indicators that a suspect might be planning an attack.
